Welcome to WorkMaxHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at WorkMaxHub (the "Site") and any related services, information products, and physical goods offered by WorkMaxHub.

WorkMaxHub offers remote work resources and freelancer tools including consultation sessions, software access, and live webinars. Each service is subject to specific details provided at the time of purchase.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital downloads such as e-books, guides, online courses, templates, and other non-physical content. Access to these products is granted upon purchase and delivery of download instructions.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include merchandise, hardware, and other tangible items offered through the Site. Delivery times and shipping details are provided during checkout.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

The following refund and cancellation policies apply:

5.1 Services

Refund requests for services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, contact customer support with your order information. Approved refunds will be processed as a reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Requests to transfer a service to a later date are accepted if submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Certain premium services, including on-demand consultations and promotional access packages, are non-refundable. Such non-refundable status will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5.2 Information Products

For digital content like e-books and online courses, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of download, provided that no more than 50% of the content has been accessed. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 14 days after verification of eligibility.

5.3 Physical Goods

If you purchase a tangible item, you may send it back to WorkMaxHub in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase fee, excluding any shipping charges. To arrange sending back, contact customer support for instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, WorkMaxHub will issue a reimbursement within 21 days.

Defective or damaged items may be replaced at no additional charge. Shipping fees for replacements will be covered by WorkMaxHub.
